You can return the delivered goods within 14 days without explaination. This starts on the day of arrival.
You have 14 days after the return notification to send the product back. The product can only be send back without being used and, if possible, returned in it original packaging. If you want to return a product, you can send an e-mail to webshop@mccrally.com we will then give you more information about the next steps.

The costs for returning a product are on your account.
We will transfer the money back within 14 days.
